These terms are the agreement between you and Tekkers (“we”, “us”) when you use tekkers.org and buy or use a Tekkers plan. Please read them. By buying a plan or using Tekkers, you agree to them. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
Tekkers is an online soccer training service. It includes a library of guided drills with animated diagrams and instructions, a session builder that makes training plans, progress tracking, and, with a Team plan, a coach dashboard. We are adding video lessons over time. We may add, change or remove features.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing tekkers.org@gmail.com from the email address on your account, or by using the manage-subscription link in your Stripe receipt where it is available. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
14-day refund, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with Tekkers, you can ask for a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of buying. We will not ask you to explain why.
After 14 days, payments are not refundable. This includes renewals and any unused time left in a billing period after you cancel.

Soccer training is physical activity and carries a risk of injury. Tekkers gives general training ideas and is not medical advice or a substitute for a qualified coach. Before starting, check that you are healthy enough to exercise, warm up, train in a safe space, and stop if anything hurts. Children should train with adult supervision. You are responsible for how you use what you learn, and you use the drills at your own risk.
Tekkers, including the drills, diagrams, text, videos, logo and design, belongs to us or our licensors. Your plan gives you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use it for your own training. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.
Tekkers relies on other services, such as Stripe for payments and Supabase for sign-in and data storage. They have their own terms and policies. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
We work to keep Tekkers running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control.
Tekkers is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise any particular results from using it, such as improved skill or a place on a team. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for injuries or losses arising from your training, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You can stop using Tekkers at any time by cancelling. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. If we end your access for a reason other than breaking these terms, we will refund the unused part of your current paid period.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above, and for significant changes we will tell you on our website or by email. If you keep using Tekkers after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
